Third-party reviews estimate entry pricing for individual agents at around $449 a month, scaling to roughly $1,500 a month for larger teams. Lead generation, AI agents and several website services cost extra, and ad management is reported at 15% to 20% of your ad spend.

A 2026 Lofty review from BitsReview reports:
- About $449 a month for individual agents to start, rising toward about $1,500 for enterprise teams. Both are estimates, not published prices.
- AI Sales Agent: about $60 a month or more on top, with a 200-lead quota that doesn't reset monthly.
- Home Evaluation Page: $70 a month.
- Ad management: 15% to 20% of your ad spend, on top of the ad spend itself.
- No free trial.

For a solo agent running ads through Lofty, using the reported figures:
- Platform: about $449
- AI Sales Agent: about $60
- $1,000 in ad spend plus a 15% management fee: $1,150
- Total: roughly $1,660 a month, plus onboarding
Without ads, you're closer to $450 to $510 a month. Your quote may differ, so get it in writing.

- What's my exact monthly price, and is it locked for the contract term?
- How long is the agreement, and what's the cancellation policy?
- What percentage do you charge on ad spend, and is there a minimum?
- Which AI agents and website services are included, and which are add-ons?
- Can I export my contacts and keep my domain if I leave?
Where the money goes with Lofty
With quote-based platforms, the subscription is often not the biggest line item. For Lofty, three things drive the bill:
- The platform plan, priced by tier and seat count.
- AI agents and add-ons, like the AI Sales Agent and Home Evaluation Page, each billed monthly.
- The ad management fee. At a reported 15% to 20% of spend, a $2,000 monthly ad budget adds $300 to $400 a month in fees alone, or $3,600 to $4,800 a year, on top of the ads themselves.
If you plan to run ads, ask whether you can run them yourself (or through another manager) while keeping Lofty as your CRM and website. That single choice can change your annual cost by thousands.
