With Venn, maintenance isn’t billed separately. It’s part of every plan, starting at $79 a month for a website up to 5 pages with 10 updates a month. There’s no setup fee and no contract.
What counts as an update?
Each change or question you send by text or through your portal, like new hours, a new photo or a new team member. If you run out, text BOOST to add 50 more for $25, or move up a plan.
Can you maintain a WordPress site we already have?
We don’t patch other platforms’ plugins and themes. Instead we rebuild your site on Venn, keep your page addresses and redirect old links, so the ongoing upkeep goes away and your rankings carry over.
What happens if my website goes down?
Your site is monitored 24/7, so we’re alerted right away and start fixing it, usually before you or your customers notice.
What if I cancel?
Cancel anytime. If you cancel within your first 6 months and want to move the website we built to another host, there’s a one-time $500 transfer fee; after 6 months it’s free. Your domain, content and contacts are always yours.
