Real Geeks costs $399 a month plus a one-time $500 setup fee, which includes its IDX website, CRM and marketing tools for 2 users. IDX feeds are $10 per MLS board per month, extra users cost $1 to $25 each depending on team size, and optional lead generation packages run $299 to $599 a month each. You choose a 6-month, 12-month or annual commitment term.

All prices below come from Real Geeks' pricing page as of October 2026.

The Real Geeks platform: $399 a month

  • $399 a month plus a $500 one-time setup fee.
  • Includes 2 users and what Real Geeks describes as 60+ tools and features: an IDX website, CRM, marketing automation and U.S.-based support.
  • IDX feeds: $10 per MLS board per month. With one board, Real Geeks' own calculator shows an estimated $409 a month.
  • Commitment term: 6 months, 12 months or annual.

Extra users

The first 2 users are included. After that, Real Geeks charges per user on a sliding scale:

  • Users 3 to 10: $25 a month each
  • Users 11 to 40: $10 a month each
  • Users 41 to 100: $5 a month each
  • Users 101+: $1 a month each

A 6-agent team, for example, pays $399 + 4 × $25 = $499 a month plus IDX feeds.

Lead generation packages

Real Geeks sells optional lead packages, each with a dedicated success manager:

  • Social Lead Package (Facebook and Instagram listing ads): $299 per package per month, estimated by Real Geeks at about 20 to 40 buyer leads a month.
  • Search Lead Package (Google and Bing property search ads): $599 per package per month, about 20 to 40 buyer leads a month.
  • Seller Lead Package (Google property valuation ads): $599 per package per month, about 10 to 15 seller leads a month.

Real Geeks notes its lead estimates depend on the package and market, and describes a lead guarantee tied to the full contract term.

AI add-ons

  • Geek AI Text: $49 a month, or included at no cost with any lead package.
  • Geek AI Email and Geek AI Voice are listed as coming soon.

Other costs to know

If Real Geeks buys a domain for your website, there's a $50 domain transfer fee to move it to a non-Real Geeks website later.

What Real Geeks costs in year one

  • Solo agent, one MLS, no lead packages: $500 setup + 12 × $409 = $5,408
  • Solo agent with one Social Lead Package: $500 + 12 × $708 = $8,996
  • 6-agent team, one MLS, no lead packages: $500 + 12 × $509 = $6,608

Is Real Geeks worth it?

Real Geeks is a solid, transparent IDX-and-CRM bundle, and it publishes its prices, which many competitors don't. In a review of 12 real estate platforms, Jamil Academy found only six publish a price, and Real Geeks is one of them. Note that some older reviews still list earlier Real Geeks tiers and a $250 setup fee; the current page shows the single $399 plan with $500 setup. The trade-offs are the setup fee, the 6- or 12-month commitment and per-user and per-board charges that add up for growing teams.

Do Real Geeks' lead packages pay off?

Using Real Geeks' own estimates, the cost per lead works out roughly like this:

  • Social Lead Package: $299 for about 20 to 40 buyer leads, or about $7.50 to $15 per lead.
  • Search Lead Package: $599 for about 20 to 40 buyer leads, or about $15 to $30 per lead.
  • Seller Lead Package: $599 for about 10 to 15 seller leads, or about $40 to $60 per lead.

Cheap leads aren't automatically good leads. Social leads tend to be earlier in their search, while search and seller leads usually show stronger intent. What matters is cost per closing, so track how many appointments and closings each package produces over a few months before adding more.

Choosing a commitment term

Real Geeks offers 6-month, 12-month and annual terms. A shorter term gives you more flexibility, which matters if you're testing whether the platform and its lead packages work in your market. Ask how the lead guarantee applies to each term, since Real Geeks ties it to the full contract length.
