kvCORE (BoldTrail) Pricing 2026: What Agents and Teams Actually Pay

By ·

kvCORE, now sold as BoldTrail by Inside Real Estate, doesn't publish its prices. Third-party reviews and agent reports put solo-agent pricing at around $499 to $750 a month, and team and brokerage plans at about $1,200 to $1,800+ a month, usually with setup or onboarding fees and annual contracts. To get your actual price, you request a quote.

Here's what we could verify, where the numbers come from, and what to ask before you sign.

kvCORE is now BoldTrail

kvCORE was rebranded as BoldTrail by its owner, Inside Real Estate, which also owns BoomTown and Brokermint. The platform combines IDX websites, a CRM, automated follow-up, lead generation and back-office tools. If you search for kvCORE today, you'll land on BoldTrail.

What BoldTrail (kvCORE) costs

As of October 2026, BoldTrail's pricing page shows no prices. It asks for your role and team size and routes you to a demo. Independent estimates fill the gap:

  • Solo agents: about $499 to $750 a month, according to AgentFlowTools' kvCORE pricing guide, with setup fees of roughly $500 to $1,000 often reported.
  • Teams and brokerages: about $1,200 to $1,800+ a month, plus setup and onboarding that vary with migration and training needs.
  • Packages: BoldTrail sells Base, Plus and Pro packages through sales rather than self-serve, as The Pro Toolkit's 2026 review notes. It uses the commonly reported $499 a month as a budgeting estimate.

Many agents also get BoldTrail through their brokerage, which may pay for it or pass on a discounted rate. If that's you, ask your broker what's covered before buying anything extra.

What it costs over a year

At the commonly reported $499 a month, a solo agent pays about $5,988 a year, before any setup fee, ad spend or add-ons. With a $500 to $1,000 setup fee, year one lands around $6,500 to $7,000. That's a meaningful commitment if you're on an annual contract.

What's included

  • An IDX website that feeds visitor activity into the CRM.
  • CRM with behavioral automation ("Smart Campaigns") and lead scoring.
  • Lead generation options, with ad spend usually extra.
  • Back-office and transaction tools, especially for brokerages.

Questions to ask before you sign

  1. What's the exact monthly price for my team size, in writing?
  2. Is there a setup or onboarding fee, and what does it cover?
  3. How long is the contract, and what happens if I cancel early?
  4. Is ad spend included, or billed on top? Is there a management fee on ad spend?
  5. Which features are in my package, and which are add-ons?
  6. Can I export my contacts and website content if I leave?

Who BoldTrail fits

BoldTrail is built for brokerages and larger teams that want one vendor for websites, CRM and back office, and are comfortable with sales-led pricing and an annual commitment. Solo agents and small teams often find it more platform than they need.

BoldTrail's year one vs platforms with published prices

Because BoldTrail is quote-only, it helps to line the estimate up against platforms that do post their prices. Jamil Academy's August 2026 pricing review found six of 12 major platforms publish a price, and BoldTrail isn't one of them. Using those published figures for a solo agent's first year:

  • BoldTrail (reported): about $5,988 in subscription, plus a reported $500 to $1,000 setup fee.
  • Real Geeks: $399 a month plus $500 setup, about $5,400 with one MLS feed. It's the closest like-for-like bundle with a public price.
  • Follow Up Boss: $828 a year on Grow, but that's a CRM only, so add a website and IDX provider.
  • Wise Agent: $588 a year, also CRM only.

The gap between a CRM-only tool and an all-in-one platform like BoldTrail is mostly the website, IDX and lead generation you'd otherwise buy separately. Price the full stack before deciding which is cheaper.
