Follow Up Boss Pricing 2026: Every Plan, and What It Really Costs
Follow Up Boss costs $69 per user per month on its Grow plan, $499 a month for 10 users on Pro, and $1,000 a month for 30 users on Platform, billed monthly. Paying yearly saves about two months: $58 per user, $416 and $833 a month. There's no contract, and every plan has a free trial. What Follow Up Boss doesn't include is a website or IDX home search, so most agents pay for those separately.
Here's the full breakdown from Follow Up Boss's pricing page, as of October 2026, plus the costs that aren't on it.

What Follow Up Boss really costs
The plan price is only part of the bill. Follow Up Boss is a CRM, not a website platform, so a typical solo agent's stack looks like this:
- Follow Up Boss Grow: $69 a month, or $108 with calling.
- A website with IDX home search from another provider, so you have somewhere for leads to come from.
- Often a social media or email marketing tool on top.
The math changes for teams, too. Grow is priced per user, while Pro and Platform are flat bundles that include seats. A 4-agent team on Grow pays $276 a month ($432 with calling for everyone), while Pro is $499 with unlimited calling and texting for up to 10 users. Teams that are growing usually find Pro the better value once they pass about 5 or 6 agents who need calling.
Is Follow Up Boss worth it?
For agents and teams who already have a steady flow of leads from several sources, Follow Up Boss is a popular, well-regarded real estate CRM. It's also the CRM Zillow requires for its Zillow Preferred pay-at-closing program, which matters if you work Zillow leads.
It's less of a fit if you need help generating leads in the first place. A CRM organizes and follows up with leads, but it doesn't create them. You'll still need a website, IDX home search, SEO or ads.
How Follow Up Boss compares on price
Only about half of the major real estate platforms publish their prices. In Jamil Academy's August 2026 review of 12 platforms, six publish a price and six, including BoldTrail, Lofty, BoomTown, CINC and Ylopo, quote privately. The published entry prices were:
- Wise Agent: $49 a month for up to five team members
- AgentFire: $165 a month (Pro), plus a setup fee
- Top Producer: $179 per user per month (Pro)
- Sierra Interactive: $299.95 a month (Starter, billed annually)
- Real Geeks: $399 a month for two users, plus $500 setup
Keep in mind these entry prices aren't like-for-like. A CRM-only tool like Wise Agent or Follow Up Boss still needs a separate website and IDX, while bundles like Real Geeks include them. The fair comparison is your total monthly stack: website, IDX feed, CRM, texting and calling, plus any lead generation and ad spend.
How to budget for your real estate tech stack
- List what you need: website, IDX home search, CRM, texting, email marketing, social posting and lead generation.
- Price each piece, including setup fees, per-user charges, MLS feed fees and add-ons.
- Multiply by the contract term, not just one month. Annual contracts and setup fees change the math.
- Compare against your average commission. If your stack costs $6,000 a year and your average commission is $9,000, it needs to help you close about one extra deal a year to pay for itself.
Follow Up Boss alternatives
- An all-in-one platform if you want the website, IDX, CRM and marketing in one bill.
- A low-cost CRM like Wise Agent if price is the main concern and you already have a website.
- A team platform with built-in lead routing and agent websites if you're scaling a team.
Venn gives you the website, IDX home search and a full CRM with workflows and automations in one app, with email drips and social posting on Growth. See the full Venn vs Follow Up Boss comparison, or compare every real estate platform's pricing.
