Does Venn do IT support?
No. Venn handles your website, SEO, CRM, reviews, social, email and ads. For computers, networks, Microsoft 365, security and servers, we refer clients to InnovaERP, who does that work every day.
Who hosts my website if I’m a Venn client?
Venn hosts the websites we build, with hosting, SSL and edits included in your plan. InnovaERP’s managed cloud hosting is for everything else: business applications, client portals, databases, Docker containers and private servers.
Do Venn and InnovaERP work together?
Yes. If you use both, the two teams can coordinate the pieces that overlap, like domain and DNS records, business email setup and connecting your website forms or CRM to the other systems you run.
I’m outside Nebraska. Can InnovaERP still help?
Yes. Monitoring, patching, Microsoft 365 admin, cloud hosting and software work are all done remotely. On-site visits are available in Lincoln, the Omaha metro and nearby Nebraska towns.

A note on our relationship: InnovaERP is run by Travis Nyhoff, who is also a co-founder of Venn. They are separate businesses. We recommend InnovaERP because we’ve seen firsthand how he builds and runs systems, and because IT, hosting and custom software are outside what Venn does.
