HOW IT WORKS

  • The only cost involved for a saddle trial is shipping the saddle to you.
  • A pre-authorization is required as security for the trial.
  • The 20 day trial begins the day you receive the saddle. If you need an extension due to weather, scheduling a saddle fitter or trying it in lesson, we must be notified BEFORE the end of the 20th day.
  • A Return Shipping Label will be included with your saddle trial. Please look in the packet of info that comes with the saddle. You will only be charged for this label if the saddle is returned.
  • Use the Client Portal to check shipping tracking, extend the trial time or purchase the saddle you have on trial!
