Returns
- Returns are accepted within 10 business days of receiving the item
- The return must be pre-authorize. We’ll send you a return/exchange form and optional shipping label. The item must be shipped back within 10 business days of receiving the form.
- Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refunded.
- Returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. DBS may decline a return if the item is damaged or dirty, shows excessive use or mis-use, or is otherwise not in a condition to be resold or unacceptable for return.
- Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 15 days of receipt of the returned item.
- Saddles on consignment and consignment items are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted within 10 business days of receiving the item.

- When and item is exchanged for a different item that is not the same price, the difference will either be refunded or charged using the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Saddles: all used and consignment saddle sales are final.
- Consignment tack
- Bits
- Special orders, customized or personalized items including engraving
- Opened containers (e.g. tack cleaners)
- Dirty or damaged items
- All services are non-refundable
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect item in your order or the package is heavily damaged, please notify us right away.
Return/Exchange Procedure
- 1. Contact us by phone at 973-552-9546 or email at sales@dutchessbridlesaddle.com.
- 2. We’ll send you a return form to complete and include with your item.
- 3. Please use UPS, USPS, or FedEX to send back your return or exchange. Insure the item(s) and send tracking information to sales@dutchessbridlesaddle.com. If you prefer a label sent to you, we will reduce your return by the total cost of shipping. Return refunds or exchange differences will be issued using the original payment method within 30 business days of being recevied.
Packing Guidelines
The return item must be accompanied with:
- original packaging and tags
- original receipt
- return form
- careful wrapping and sufficient filler in the box.
- Return refunds will be issued to the original payment method used within 30 business days of Dutchess Bridle & Saddle receiving the returned saddle(s).
